The outspoken singer has always been proud of her more rounded figure, but reports suggest that the star is feeling the pressure to look the part in the pop industry. Charlotte, who is currently filming the first series of her TV chat show 'The All New Charlotte Church Show' which will air on Channel 4, remarked: "I'd like to get down to my fighting weight of size 8. There is a lot of pressure on me to be slimmer. I get insecure just like everyone else does." Furthermore, reports suggest that Church feels under pressure to stay trim in order to keep her super fit rugby-playing boyfriend Gavin Henson interested. A source told Female First: "TV can add at least ten pounds on you. She really wants to be as trim and sexy as possible. "Charlotte is also keen to slim down for her Welsh rugby star boyfriend Gavin Henson. "He's incredibly health-conscious and wants her to be the healthiest she can. August 4, 200618 yr Nah she doesn't care what the people think. Thats why I love her :wub: She's one of few celebrities that is happy with how they look and sets a good example to teenagers in that respect etc unlike other *cough victoria beckham cough* I can't wait for her show :wub:
August 9, 200618 yr Is she scared of the whole Armando Ianucci 'vomiting inside out' sketch might come true or summat...? :lol: I kinda respected Church for NOT kowtowing to the body fascism of the Pop World, but now she's just gonna be like everyone else really..... Christ it aint even as if she's fat ffs.... She's curvy and nicely proportioned, like a Hollywood Actress of the 40s or 50s.... What's wrong with that??
