The best thing about him being on 'This Morning' for me was that he was already excited about the next album..already!! it' makes me excited to think of it and I'm wondering now when we will get it? the end of 2013? earlier? :w00t:

You might find the concept of this a little odd - a documentary presented by Will Young about musical numbers specifically created to sell Ford tractors. Before the dominance of television, you see, there were musicals by advertisers to sell to private audiences. These musicals weren't made by ad men of the modern day, but written by some of the biggest names on Broadway. You have to listen to these songs; they are all unique, bizarre and utterly wonderful. Will Young meanwhile bounces along with childlike enthusiasm. A great presenter.

Lovely chat to make up for having to wait till Monday for daybreak. :) Pleased he's going to start songwriting again soon but I do hope we get a 4th single. He didn't sound as definite as he has in earlier interviews. :unsure:

Yes i noticed the maybe in regard to the next single and he did not seem to be doing much musically this year ( its ok for those who are interested in his other projects :P ) which means after the summer tour that's it for 2 or 3 years -_- i was hoping for lots more news and promo.

 

The problem is that Will has used up nearly every promotional opportunity he can get on TV and if he can't get the support from radio it won 't be worth releasing another single I suppose.

 

He's not going to promote Echoes abroad then, shame that, so hopefully he won't leave too big a gap between albums if he's going to have to rely entirely on keeping the UK market interested in his music.

I love that he wants to stay upbeat for the nest album but go " Bigger" on the sound...we may yet get a Will Young club banger without a remix added. :P..i also love the fact that he mentioned the possiblity of a fourth single and i'm really hoping that one of mine gets choosen this time..IJWAL please Will..with fab dance video. Perfect for June/July time. And my goodness, a new Book! it's hard to keep up with all his different things..but it's great to get so much all the time. :dance:
