Brilliant first episode. That gif sums it up perfectly.

That MANIC GRIN gives me hope Carrie is only inches away from taking a DIVE into insanity proper *.*

It was an incredible episode, not quite up there with episode 11, but almost as good. I like Brody and his daughter bonding over the Qur'An, it was nice to see her being something other than a moody teen for a change. I like how things are going for him too, if he does become VP that could be very interesting story wise.

I think that's the intention now, yes. I certainly felt like they made an effort in that episode to make her a more rounded/likeable character.
She's more annoying than ever and I totally see her eventually siding with Carrie against her own father.

Dana is f***ing brilliant. Usually in TV rebellious teenagers are just total pains in the arse who need a good slap but somehow she's so likable. The scene at her school was the second best of the episode, behind of course the market chase (dat smile!!!). Overall it was a solid opener I thought, not amazing but it did a good job of reestablishing where everyone was.

keep having dreams that I am Carrie Mathison. TOO MUCH HOMELAND

(if I am a mystic tho then y'all don't wanna know what happens in the next episode.....)

OH MY GOD AMAZING EPISODE.

SNAP

I was willing her to be right SO HARD too. The final scene with Saul was amazing though. I love how no matter what happens in this you have no idea where it's going to go next.

I went for NO BRODY, DON'T DO IT

Such an incredible episode though, so tense and the final scene had me wishing for next Monday to come round faster.

I cannot wait to see how they tell Carrie she was right all along.
