I would be inclined to agree, but then I remember The Good Wife. The GULF between those 2 and anything else is immense though.

That 10 minutes or whatever it was with just Carrie and Brody was INTENSE and should have them loads more awards SEWN UP next year already. The Dana thing really shocked me, I knew something would happen, but I hadn't expected THAT and the way it happened was brilliant I thought.

Almost as captivating as Breaking Bad!

Another brilliant episode. I knew that would happen to Brody. Both were fantastic in that interrogation scene. Think the Dana subplot will infuse the Brody hating the Vice-President plot again. Got a feeling the blame will end up with Dana. She's definitely so much like Kim Bauer.

This weeks episode got the shows highest ever ratings - 2.07 million *.* (previous high was the S2 premier with 1.78 million)

Ep 2x07 was not as amazing but it was still intense, I love how complicated things have become and the pressure Brody is under, looks like he can't take it anymore in next ep's trailer.

Dana really is amazing. Still waiting for an episode to NOT END ON CRY FACE.

You got your wish, Carrie shed no tear in this ep!

next week just cannot come any quicker. oh man.

(i still have to turn away like a child every time a Carrie-Brody makeout session occurs tho it's just all a bit MUCH)

The sex scene, oh my God.

Does anyone know how much of Homeland is actually based on that Israeli series that's mentioned in the beginning?

Does anyone have a working link for ep 8? Mine cut out during the sex scene ( :kink: :( ) and is now long dead.

Not much I don't think, except for the general premise about a POW being turned.

Another very good episode. Este's and Quinn's anger faces were brilliant tonight, and the scene where they were listening to Carrie and Brody have sex was plain hilarious. I wonder how Abu Nazir got into the USA. Really thrown as to who the mole is now. Whoever it is they're playing a good game.

All I want is the mole not to be Saul. I'd be heartbroken

Loads of things point to him being the mole so far, although why he handed over the sim with Brody revealing he was a terrorist is the big spanner in the works. I still think it could actually be the Vice President.

Is there actually even a mole? May just have not been properly paying attention but it hasn't been brought up since they find out about Brody has it?
No, I don't think they've mentioned it at all during S2. I do also suspect if there is one it's the VP though, I just don't buy it being Saul with all that's gone down recently.
