As I said in the other thread last night I wasn't rooting for anything particularly this time. I think it settled me down hearing him say at least 2 more singles and having achieved platinum status. :D

Seems the rumour it was to be Silent Valentine was unfounded. In the back of my mind I never thought Will would do something so obvious.

Just what I was thinking.

It's quite funny that Will does a ustream only last night and won't say, then Foxy happily blurts it out the following morning! :lol:

 

I'm assuming he's right of course, surely he'll know? He sounded absolutely certain.

I'm presuming Foxy played the vocal from Monday night. Did he make any comment on the track Ros, other than say it was to be the next single?

 

Hopefully Will doing the Magic gig ensures their support for the third single. I doubt Foxy would have announced on air if it wasn't certain.

Just listened back.

 

He played Come On from Monday night at around 7.15, then I was beginning to think he'd forgotten he'd said yesterday he would be playing 2 as it was nearly 5 to 9 and he'd not mentioned him.

 

He's what he said:

 

"Let me play you a great new song. Now Will Young performed this on Monday night at Aire Studios in Hampstead, part of our Magic Presents. It's gonna be the next single. It's called Losing Myself."

 

Then at the end he said:

 

"Losing Myself, the brand new song from Will Young, recorded live from Aire Studios on Monday night, exclusive to 105.4"

That was the track i fell in love with when Will first put it up on Twitter...he as never released my favorite track from an album before.

Ooh! well...i'm not going to complain with that..i was listing to the album last night trying to guess and Losing myself is certainly catchy!...but sulking for my Silent valentine..tis to gorgeous to be an album track IMO..but then so was You Don't know to me too. :D

 

I'm wondering if all the tracks from Echoes will be upbeat then?..he might of had enough of ballads for a while :lol:

 

I think SV would have had a better chance at good airplay with it being due out around Valentines day.

I agree Sunday..i think SV would of appealed across the board and it would of been the perfect if obvious Choice for the next single...still who can ever guess with Will?...I've also been thinking about Losing myself while i was out..and i've decided that for me if he was going for another upbeat one next then it should of been something that males people go wow...i dont' think Losing myself as much as i love it is really wow..that to me is Personal Thunder of IJWAL.

Still..i hope with everything crossed it does well for him. :heart:

Just been listening to the album and realised though i loved LM at first ...GT as overtaken it as my favorite ...love it

I did say I wondered if Losing Myself was a pointer towards the next single when they played it in full at the end of the last tour video.
