01 - It is quite! It'll probably be knocked off next week by my other potential BJSC entry though! I got the Marigold album earlier this week too, it's quite decent, but this song is the definite highlight!

04 - I was a little surprised too! Congrats on your placings, all of them did rather well! :D

17 - It took a while to enter, but I finally got an mp3 thanks to it being entered into The Countdown hence it's late entry this week! Hope there's an album on the way!

33 - Would you be able to send it over please? I'd be quite interested to hear it!

40 - It's another song that I've been waiting on an mp3 for, and again thanks to TC, I finally got it. It's far from her best though sadly :(

49 - Yep, and it's a pleasant ballad - nothing more, nothing less. I agree that the title is very odd :heehee:

51 - I find it quite interesting, as mixed groups are quite a rarity these days, especially from this genre. They remind me of Big Brovaz slightly!

60 - It's a nice track, and the album was a decent listen, but it's not something I'm rushing back to. Jag Kommer was a really good track though!

And I definitely thought when I heard Twilight for the first time that I'd heard the chorus before, but then I remembered that I'd heard it at the very end of the Lick Ya Down video, like they were building up hype for it... It does sound better in the full song, and I'd guess that's where you heard it, but if you hadn't heard of them before... :unsure:

56 - I'd heard of it, but didn't get round to checking it out until it was entered into another online song contest I take part in. I agree that it does seem typically Azerbaijani in sound!

 

I hadn't heard Lick Ya Down either, so I don't think I'd heard it from that video. I think it was probably used on Big Brother - they tend to use a lot of current hits as background music on that show and it wouldn't surprise me if Twlight was one of the songs they used! :D

01 - The album is along similar lines, but it does sound a bit samey. This track is the definite highlight, the rest is decent but a little more MOR.

07 - :cheer: . Excellent news! Glad you're really liking it now :D

10 - I agree, I think it would have been more successful in the UK in 2007, but it's certainly a pleasant pop song.

17 - I'd been waiting to come across an mp3 before charting it and I finally got one last week! I don't think I'm into it as much as I should be, I do definitely prefer a vast amount of BWO songs to it.

27 - I'd had you down as a dead cert for entering this song! :o I look forward to hearing what your eventual entry will be though! SoSo does look set to go top 10 on my next chart actually! I've been playing it a lot more this week and I've really got into it now!

33 - I thought the solo version of MOY was a little cheap, ie. I was expecting the backing track to be different at least. It is a brilliant track though, my second favourite GA song after Untouchable.

36 - In the quiet month of January, my long runners do tend to climb back up the chart a bit! As the rush of Eurovision entries and NF rejects start to flood the chart it probably will drop back down and I should think it'll be out by the end of February.

43 - I prefer the last single, I find this one a little bit weak - it is nice, but not as striking for me!

51 - Cool! I hope they've got some more decent tunes!
