Christina Aguilera: T4 Special - Channel 4 - 8pm - Friday 11th August 2006

 

The chaps wearing, navel flaunting, headline grabbing Dirrty girl with the voice of an angel performs songs from her third album, the jazz and soul based Back to Basics, which is due for its UK release on Monday (14/08/2006). Included on the playlist is the current single, Aint No Other Man, as well as the 2004 classic, Beautiful. In between songs, the 26-year-old gets her breath back and chats to Welsh lothario Steve Jones about everything from bisexuality to her recent marriage, in an intimate and revealing interview that provides a glimpse of the woman behind the star.

Christina Aguilera is back with a great new album - and to celebrate her return, T4's Steve Jones chats to the diva in this one-off special. Christina will also be performing four sonds including her current single, Aint No Other Man.

"I've sung since i was tiny," says christina, 25 "in my neighbourghood i was the little girl with the big voice."

Should be really good, some exclusive tracks I hope will be performed. ^_^

Most of the fans love it, so I think it's a must for Christina. :D

I think she will, I have a feeling she may leave it til late though, like she did with TVW. -_-

I think Hurt should be the 3rd single because that'll maintain album sales and it'll give the radio a nice ballad to play, seeing as 1st and 2nd singles are up-tempo!

she wont be performing 'Hurt'... it will deffo be the songs she has already song to promote the album!! so i think we will have:

i know, it shouldnt be wasted on old tracks BUT its a firm favourite among alot of people so she is doing it for them i suppose!!

 

'Hurt' would be great around late november/ early december time... ballads will always do well round then, plus 'Hurt' would be massive for her!! :wub:
