Hmm, released in time for Mother's Day. Gary Barlow has been involved in writing. I would say this will be a rushed release, but I would have thought that songwriters would have been working on songs for him since November time. Still, expecting this to be dull as dishwater.

At least it's not likely to be a covers album, so he might do alright.

He's a really good one. But he just saves the only good ones for himself.

I'm still excited for this album but now I'm a lot more cautious about its credibility. I for one would be extremely disappointed if Marcus' potential wasn't taken advantage of. His talent shouldn't be wasted!!! -_-

I agree. I've definitely liked everything that's come out of the "Beautiful world" and "The circus" eras.

I think its rather odd that his album will be released first before the winning act's from last years show. Surely, the whole point of winning the show is that the winner has an album out first to build on their success.

I'm sadly expecting the worst from this album with it coming out so soon after this series ended, which is a shame because I really liked Marcus and I thought him and Little Mix were both very deserving finalists. Hopefully I'll be wrong because his performances on the show showed what he was capable of doing and I want him to do material that shows that.

I'm sad that his debut single is going to be a cover (it was always going to happen after his album was scheduled for release so soon :() but I really love that version of SNA. I hope Marcus does actually record a version similar to this. I can now see the "Bruno Mars vibe" to Marcus' version which The Sun reported.

Bloody hell, the NME/Jo Whiley 'DOWN WITH FAKE MUSIC' brigade are gonna crucify him aren't they? Like I said, a real shame that he's being made to hide behind covers and what's clearly gonna be a rushed album...he deserves better!

And that version of SNA completely sucks. Still not as bad as Fell In Love With A Boy. But I've got a feeling Marcus' will be.
