Posted January 24, 201213 yr Kylie has chosen to mark her 25th anniversary in showbiz with a year of surprises and gifts for her fans. To kick-start the celebrations, Kylie will be releasing a specially recorded acoustic version of ‘Finer Feelings’ (a Stock and Waterman hit from 1992) available to view from Kylie.com. The release is the first in a series of especially commissioned new recordings of classic Kylie songs, recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. Further tracks will be made available periodically throughout the year. The songs Kylie has recorded are a surprise and will be revealed on the day they become available. Kylie will be asking her fans to ‘tweet to unlock’ the video. 25,000 people will need to tweet #k25fans from 7pm on Wednesday 25th January, before the video will be ‘unlocked’ and available for everyone to view. Until then, you can hear a preview above and visit www.kylie.com/tweettounlock for more details (from tomorrow) Kylie re-entered the studio last year, following her Aphrodite: Les Folies world tour and teased fans throughout the process on Twitter with photos from inside the studio. January 24, 201213 yr I want more!! :w00t: Sounded amazing! Really hope that they will be available to buy
January 25, 201213 yr Im not excited about the whole acoustic stuff at all so i hold out hope that something new will be done. If kylie is gona do a few releases like what she is doing with finer feelings they should release them as cd singles or limited cd singles, kylie is one of the few artists left that can still sell phyisical singles so they should work on that.
January 25, 201213 yr I love that clip...but why is it here? EDIT: Never mind, you've changed it! :P Edited January 25, 201213 yr by liamk97

January 25, 201213 yr I actually love the original and this is just as good. Love the vocals on it I really like the original too, but I think the Abbey Road recordings sounds much more impressive
January 27, 201213 yr Had a listen and it just doesnt do it for me at all, fair play though, the whole acoustic orchestra thing is completly different for Kylie.
January 28, 201213 yr f*** me that was epic and amazing and beautiful and awesome. I like it when Kylie's voice goes soft sometimes, I love it.
January 28, 201213 yr I think this song will be available as part of the acoustic/greatest hits new release which we are expecting later this year. You can tell her voice has matured so much and it sounds so fresh and illuminating.
January 28, 201213 yr I like it when Kylie's voice goes soft sometimes, I love it. Me too  she shows you don't need to belt out huge notes to pull off a beautiful ballad.
January 28, 201213 yr Voice wise she sounds good and she does have a soft voice when needed, i think she has really shown that when performing songs like breathe and put yourself in my place. With her doing all the acoustic stuff etc i would love to see her sing paper dolls and bittersweet goodbye but i cant see that happening.
January 28, 201213 yr With her doing all the acoustic stuff etc i would love to see her sing paper dolls and bittersweet goodbye but i cant see that happening. That would be interesting! Especially Bittersweet Goodbye! And there's still hope - I would imagine she may do some acoustic versions of non-singles :D
January 28, 201213 yr Ya she did say she pick some of the more obsecure songs from over the years so those 2 would be great for me.
