August 15, 201212 yr That cover is AMAZING. I haven't had time to properly listen to the mixtape yet. But on my one listen ESTA NOCHE stood out the most.
August 19, 201212 yr She tweeted that the album isn't out until FEBUARY  12th Feburary 2013, seems like an abolsute eternity away! I know it's better for her success wise to have more time to build up so it's probably for the best, but I was ready for September :(
August 19, 201212 yr It feels like she's leaving it too late, people will forget and I doubt she'll get a hit as big as '212' again tbh. Is she even getting another 'proper' single before then?!
August 22, 201212 yr Apparently 'Esta Noche' is being pushed as the next single release. The absolute best decision.
August 22, 201212 yr Already playlisted on 1Xtra and it's Nick Grimshaw's 'Next Big Thing' this week :D. Hope it's big for her.
August 22, 201212 yr Fantastic choice, probably my favourite on Fantasea actually  Should be big with the right support.
August 22, 201212 yr THIS IS GOOD she's been talking to kanye and gaga so i hope this why the album's being delayed so much
September 2, 201212 yr THE HACKNEY DANCER! nice enough video but i want another liquorice masterpiece. at least we're getting so many videos though but out of space next THANKS
September 4, 201212 yr I really like it and like I obviously love the Paris Is Burning influence but I think she needs to chill on it a lil. Take the basic principles of it all and push it further. Nostalgia is good but not when the entire "coolness" of the song is the fact that its so retro. Liquorice is still her best video if u ask me
September 4, 201212 yr omg that video is actually PERFECTION!!! one of the videos of the year. the 90's music video vibes / aaliyah-esque moments etc. are the best!!
September 4, 201212 yr Although I'm still waiting for the album, it's great that she's taking her time. I mean potential collaborations with Kanye and Gaga could not only make her avoid 'one hit wonder' status, but ensure 'Broke with Expensive Taste' becomes an international success. Pushed my way right to the front to see Banks at Reading Festival last weekend, and the tracks just sound incredible live. She performed all the tracks I wish had been pushed as singles - 'Esta Noche', 'F**k up the Fun', 'Bambi', 'Jumanji', '1991', 'Van Vogue', 'Liquorice' and 'L8r'. I'm just grateful she's chosen to release videos for '1991', 'Van Vogue' and 'Liquorice' really - means people have something to turn to when curious of her other material. Heard she's making one for 'Esta Noche' soon too.
