The cover is GORGEOUS. Amazing. It's classy, simple and pretty. Love it.

The name if quite bland and not original at all. But it's alright, it's just a name.

The tracklist is the worst thing, though. I hope these tracks from The Jam are freaking good.

I was going to say the exact opposite to Tim

I quite like the artwork (well The Saturdays' font mainly) but the title is dreadful and limp.

The thing I would say about this whole album and release is that although the quality is pretty much on par with On Your Radar so far, I'd say with On Your Radar it really felt like that themselves and the management had put alot more effort into it! They wrote almost half of the album, this time they wrote three tracks, and little things like the seperate sleeves with each member was something nice for the fans. Also the extra tracks (14 instead of 12) was appreciated. With this, I feel like the title is unimginative, and the tracks (from what we've heard) have just been put together and it seems like it will lack cohesion. Just my thoughts anyway!

Not really sold on the artwork at all. The font for 'Living For The Weekend' looks quite cheap, and the title itself is a bit cheap. :kink:
Definitely, the title of the album proves, our girls are classy, intelligent and humorous. I believe the entire album will have mix of songs that are unique in their own way, though will have to wait out to have a listen. Could be a mashup of different genres.Good to see that they are standing pretty much on their own legs, with no other collabs than sean paul. They should do a double cd release, with second cd being pure acoustic version of all these songs.

Love everything about it. The cover, the title, the tracklisting. Thrilled 30 Days is on there! It won't look so random on their discography now and could help sell the album!

We will only ever agree on Ke$ha's career

Loving the black and the cover, the title just reminds me loads of Hard-Fi but its not bad, The deluxe version is a bit crap with the addition of a b-side and remixes I'll probably just end up getting the standard version.
I think I'll just be getting the standard edition too and just downloading the 'Not Giving Up' remix if they make this deluxe edition available on iTunes. It'd take more than a free signed poster for me to consider the deluxe physical copy...a DVD of 'Chasing the Saturdays' for a start. I'm pleased to see '30 Days' is on here though as that fake tracklisting a few days back had me worried - whilst it's not my absolute favourite in their singles canon I'm pleased it's not being forgotten about a la 'Wordshaker'.

So happy 30 days is on there!! It's such a classic Sats song, I was worried they were trying to pretend it never happened even though it did OK for the (as in, it got them another top 10 unlike Gentleman!). Looking forward to hearing the new tracks :) Bit strange that they put Wildfire on the deluxe though, would have preferred a new track or 2 but whatevs.

the only! thing i can critize is Wildfire being on there - really not needed that much! Im sure out of all those sessions over the last 18 months they have at least one whatever song to shove on there to bulk out a deluxe!

i'd imagine not much recording has been done since Chasing The Saturdays - I wouldn't be surprised if CTS actually funded a lot of the record! I know that in 2000 Rodney Jerkins charged $20,000 per track when the Spice Girls worked with them, so perhaps their feature in CTS helped with securing them as a big name producer.

All I can say is that they're hardly "LIVING FOR THE WEEKEND" in the cover. Sure they look good, but they're devoid of personality and it's all a bit BORING and FLAT.

I agree with Casey, they all look so BORED.

Excited for the album though, What About Us and Disco Love really are brilliant.

I'd say the album cover is decent enough. Of course it's a typical Sats glamour shot and they look just as robotic as they did on the OYR cover, but they look beautiful nonetheless. I think it's funny how they're separated into the two cliques that they were forced into on the show, Frankie/Mollie/Vanessa and Rochelle/Una. Mollie looks like the queen of the group with her two inferiors, Vanessa and Frankie, worshipping her. The logo is fine, the name of the album is fine, but the font they used for the name of the album looks incredibly cheap.

As far as the track listing, I'm also disappointed with the lack of new material but I'm not really surprised. I'm actually glad to see Wildfire included on the deluxe edition as it was too good to just be a b-side. I'm even more excited that a NGUOL remix is included, which leads me to believe it will end up being a single :)

TL;DR coming up. ;)

I really don't like the cover at all. Leww's version improves it by getting rid of the horrid looking logo, mind you! Though I'm not keen on the picture of them tbh. Mollie's left arm extending towards Frankie looks weirdly long (I half suspect that they edited out Frankie's bump and extended Mollie's arm to compensate for it), and her right arm seems to fade weirdly into nothingness behind Vanessa's hand. Therefore her arms make her look really odd to me. I suppose it wouldn't be a Saturdays cover without their designers messing with their bodies somehow. :drama: (Hello to Vanessa's huge head on 'Gentleman').

The title & that image of them are a total mismatch. Like Casey said, it doesn't look like they're living for the weekend whatsoever! They look more like they're posing for a Desperate Housewives DVD cover, or a fashion shoot. Sure, they look nice/pretty, but it's so uninspired for an album cover. Their team really needs to look back to 'Headlines!' or 'Chasing Lights' and remind themselves what a good pop album cover should look like.

Moving onto the track list - tbh I have no complaints about the standard track listing. I actually wanted '30 Days' to be included, as I'm not keen on non-album singles. The deluxe is pretty disappointing though. A deluxe is meant to have some incentives to make people want to spend the extra money on it, surely. Including a B Side is lame, and including remixes that are previously available is so lazy & boring. All in all there will be one unheard remix as the sole "new" bonus, which is poor. I could take or leave the "signed" poster.

Kind of funny that the 'What About Us' track tagged as "(Album Version)" won't actually be on the main version of the album... :D Technically the Sean Paul version is the album version. :drama:

It's also a shame that the 'All Fired Up' tour recording seems destined to remain in the vaults. It's been almost 2 years now, and I think packaging it with this album was really the last time they could appropriately put it out there.

I'm looking forward to the new tracks... and that's the main thing. Overall though, it's disappointing. Definitely won't be buying both versions in the first week - will wait for the other version to be slashed in price before I add it to my collection.

Not that they look like they're any more 'living for the weekend' in this, but I'm going to use it because I like the picture more

I can't believe this shoot was for a CALENDAR and they throw sh!te like that out for the album cover! Oh well.

I love the cover, but I can't disagree that this one is much better.
