February 28, 201213 yr Author well until In The Zone and GH:MP i'm happy with sales, especially to see that In The Zone is her best selling studio album! Blackout did quite ok, with the fact that she didn't promoted album, 80,000 is nice, she promoted Circus there so 120,000 is nice result too, only FF is disappointing, but again with some promotion it would sell a lot more. At the moment only Lady Gaga and Avril Lavigne are selling their albums a lot there, mainly coz they promoted their albums a lot especially Gaga. Britney should take a note, Japan is huge market!
February 29, 201213 yr Not for The Fame (Monster) period though. She only went to Music Station twice to perform Poker Face and Telephone yet The Fame sold somewhere around 400k and The Fame Monster around 600k :o
February 29, 201213 yr Author with Born This Way she did a lot of promotion there, and album has sold around 700,000 they really love when foreign artist comes there!
February 29, 201213 yr Yep but she didn't do much on the previous eras and her album still sold fantastically! Britney should go there, seeing an album in Japan is around £20-30 she would make hell load of profit if she actually attempted in promoting there.
