Teeny bit of advice again :)

Hey Guys. sorry for asking again.

But im looking for a formula for excel and then literally all my excel sheet is 100% done..

If i got a string of numbers that goes 1-3-6-6-5-7-10

how do i get like a formula which tells me how many times the number 1,2,3,4 and 5 come up

so for 1-3-6-6-5-7-10 id get the answer 3.
