According to the Daily Mail today children as young as ten will be punished with a criminal record and points on their future driving licence if caught illegally riding 'mini moto' scooters. The law has been tightened covering the bikes since they became one of the top subjects for complaints to police.

 

Is your neighbourhood plagued by these machines or not. Should kids be banned from riding them.

 

The scooters which can go as fast as 60mph will now be subject to motoring penalties for the first time.

On private land under subervision, maybe that's fine, but where I live, the kids are riding them at speed on the public roads and it's downright dangerous :angry:
yeah, i guess on private land is ok, but how many kidsactually have enough ''private land''.not alot, considering most kids with mini motos are chavs.

Menace, definitely. And it aint just kids that are causing a bloody nuisance on these things, I've seen grown adults tearing along the ruddy pavements of Camden and Holloway in these fukkin' things..... <_<

 

Ban them....
