Timberlake steals Shakira's lead

Source: Music Week

While the combined singles chart suffers a summer slow down, the download chart has been busier this week with Justin Timberlake stealing the top spot from Shakira and three new entries into the Top 10.

Sexyback (Zomba), the new track from Timberlake, has swapped places with Shakira's Hips Don't Lie (Epic), keeping James Morrison's You Give Me Something (Polydor) at bay at number three.

Aguilera's Ain't No Other Man (RCA) climbs three places from seven to four, while Rihanna (Def Jam), Rogue Traders (RCA), Lily Allen (Regal) and the Kooks (Virgin) hold in similar places to last week. Snow Patrol is a new entry in the Top 10 from 14, with Chasing Cars (Fiction).

Meanwhile, Cascada's Everytime We Touch (All Around The World) appears at 14, and Chamillionaire is a new arrival at 15 with Ridin' (Island). Nelly Furtado's second release from Loose, Promiscuous (Geffen), arrives at 17, while previous single Maneater remains at 10.

I hope so too. If his previous singles couldn't do it, this shouldn't <_<

SexyBack is a great single..Cant see it going to number one though <.<
well if you put it that way, sexyback is not as half as good as his other singles, so it doesnt derserve more success! :arrr:
SexyBack is an obvious #01. It'll shift around 50k in its first week.
