At no point would I have thought that I'd love two songs like those (one by an act I liked one song and one remix by 5 years ago, the other a worldwide smash hit) so much. It's been a poor year so far for the female soloist, only Foxes ('Youth', for one week) and Grimes ('Genesis, 8 weeks) have so far spent any time in the top 10 but that number could swell somewhat in the next few weeks as Little Boots, Santigold, and vocal providers on dance records Elizabeth Troy and Zola Jesus all continue to climb, along with strong new entries for both iamamiwhoami and Susanne Sundfør. There's a pair of Darlin's (Allo and Those) entering as well as Bastille and The Subways, who are the only one of the six new entries who've previously made the chart, 6 times in total, peaking at #2 with both 'No Goodbyes' (2005) and 'We Don't Need Money To Have A Good Time' (2011).
