Commentary : Swedish act Caligola have their second week atop my chart but London singer songwriter Alex Clare climbs up to the runners up spot with "Too Close" belatedly achieving commercial success following its use in a TV advert for Internet Explorer 9. At 4 the Romanian entry to Eurovision is now the highest ranking Eurovision song on my chart .... there have been 3 others which have in previous weeks been the highest ranking ....the Dutch entry, then the Swedish entry, then the UK entry. However the Swedish entry from Loreen has reached the highest position at 2 slipping out of the chart this week. Five new entries this week with the highest at 12 for Juan Magan who got to 3 in my chart last year with "Bailando por Ahi". " Se Vuelve Loca" is currently top the Spanish i tunes chart. At 16 is UK singer Miles Kane with his first entry to my chart whilst at 17 Prince Royce has his sixth entry on my chart in the past two years four of which reached the Top 10. Strangely the word "Incondicional" features on two of the new entries the other track being from Luan Santana who has his fourth entry to my chart in the past year all of the other 3 having reached my Top 3. Finally at 20 is yet another singer who has had 3 previous entries to my chart namely former American Idol singer Adam Lambert.
