I'll start this off then.

A few transfers already sewn up. Big news today is that Grant Holt handed in a transfer request and it got rejected.

I'm not sure how good he thinks he actually is?

Garath McCleary has gone to Reading... Not sure what to make of it really. Gutted to see him leave but it was always going to be obvious he was going, I think he can be a success, especially if they continue to use their current system which is heavily reliant on wingers.

Shall we take bets on how long van Persie to City will be dragged out for?

I'm hopeful that we have pipped them to the signing of Hazard as well, after his agent said he was moving to a "club steeped in history" and he said he was definitley coming to Manchester. Surely even City can't think they have a history longer than two years.

I'm sure I've seen him say that he'll "still be playing in red next season" but also that he's said "next year I shall play for a team in blue"? I've also seen rumours of over £150k a week...

Fulham are favourites at the moment to sign Jordan Rhodes.

Francisco sandaza and michael jacobs are bristol citys main targets i think. either mcmanus or amougou aswell.

Mario ballotelli is set to stay at man city i think.

luis suarez is meant to leave anfield according to various sources and this guy from belgium has signed for manu i think. thats all i know so far

They have won things before, you know.

Good player, but a mercenary. The way he talks in the media you'd think he's the greatest player in the world. He'd perform better at Manchester United than City, but how many attacking forwards do you lot want? Think this is a case again of fergie knowing there's a player on the market he wants and will do it all costs to sign even if it affects the team.

Suarez is going nowhere aswell. The rumours are bullpoo, all from an interview he did with Marca. Journos just putting two and two together. No player will be allowed to leave until the new structure of the club is put in place. Gor I hate silly season.

Leicester have signed Jamie Vardy for £1m aswell. A non-league record. Think he'll do well there, although I would say Championship is probably his level.

I wouldn't believe anything Eden Hazard has to say in regards to transfers. All this "Oh I'll be wearing red next season" and then "I'll be wearing blue"

and this video ?

It just makes him look desperate

I'm only really following Sunderland: Grant Holt has been strongly linked with a move to Wearside. Now that West Ham are up they look set to sign George McCartney and are sniffing around Elmohamady and Kieran Richardson.

Hazard has been strongly linked to have agreed a deal with Chelsea, which would make sense since Malouda is leaving also.

Hazard's rumoured everywhere. He's a dick. Very good player, but he thinks he's the dogs bollocks. The way's he treated Lille during the close season, and strung his transfer out is just down-right unprofessional. Whoever he joins in England he'll screw over in 3/4 years time for Real Madrid/Barcelona. There's players in Ligue 1 who are almost as good as him for half the price, and no huge ego.

Aston Villa have released three of their players: Emile Heskey, Carlos Cuellar and Brad Guzan.

Also Swindon Town has given former Plymouth goalkeeper, Luke McCormoick a trial when he is released from prison after he killed these two children in a crash. Should he allowed to play again?

Probably the right time to leave, him going will settle Torres a bit as well. I reckon they're one good Mata-esque signing from being right back in contention for the top 4.

Considering I think Newcastle last season were a one off, and Spurs are likely to lose their better players I don't think Chelsea are too far away from the top 4. One problem is they need another big striker to play the way they currently do it, cos Torres can not do what Drogba does. One big issue they will have next season if di Matteo stays, and they keep those tactics is a forward the same calibre as Drogba. I can't think of too many. I think Torres will be gone in the summer, he's finally won some silverware so he'll probably piss back off to Athletico Madrid. I don't think he enjoys it at Chelsea. They desperately need a right-back, a couple of central midfielders and some attacking forwards.
If they were to somehow get Hazard it'd be a start. He may be a w*n**r but he'd still do well for them IMO, then as you say they're in need of a right back and a central midfielder - probably only one of the latter given how much Mikel has improved recently.
They're already bringing in Marin and De Bruyne, although whether the latter will be farmed out or not remains to be seen. Would Lukaku replace Drogba or is he likely to go out on loan? If he does I can't see them trusting Piazon or Bamford yet so they'd be left with only Torres.

I'm sure Lukaku is going out on loan again? I just can't see Torres staying. He doesn't enjoy it, and Roman has realised he's not the same player he was at Liverpool. Reckon they'll go for someone like Falco in the summer.

Falcao would be a good shout, Lukaku looks incredibly dangerous but they probably don't think he's ready yet.
Heskey has been released by aston villa. anyone know where the guy who could make an onion cry is heading next? rumours are that a number of championship clubs are interested.
