Posted June 6, 201213 yr The girls played in Tipperary at the weekend, Una's home place and apparantly it was an utter disaster will only less than 100 tickets sold. Totally gutted for Una as she was so looking forward to it aswell, has anyone else hear anymore on this. A friend of mine lives in tipp where the concert was and was telling what a flop it was but i havnt read anything about it.
June 6, 201213 yr I doubt people would be bothered after the Jubilee celebrations but not a great excuse. Poor Una :( I'd love for the to get a Platinum album in Ireland; I wouldn't even be able to imagine happiness.

They don't really do well in Ireland, I want to know how their Arena tour dates did in Ireland. I can't believe less than 100tickets were sold. I seen Youtube videos and the crowd actually looked large tbh.
June 7, 201213 yr The videos I saw were from people closest to the stage so I couldn't tell but that does sound terrible. Btw how would someone even know whether they're playing a how in Ireland....I know Una mentioned it a bit in interviews but....
June 7, 201213 yr I was at the show, it was pretty busy. It was set up with a local radio station and for weeks they were giving away LOADS of tickets so maybe thats why the amount actually sold seemed really low
June 12, 201213 yr Author I havnt read anything it about the concert since, shame it didn't impact more on them though, had it gone well we could have seen a climb for 30 days. Its just so hard to know what the Saturdays can do to bolt them onto another level.
