Yeah, it was a bit of a 'time bomb'. It kind of exploded out of nowhere, loved it for a few weeks, but it's got old quite quick.

I don't know if I prefer "Wide Awake" to "Part Of Me" (or many of her singles tbh) it just ended up being her first #1 because it's quite a weak time at the top right now. A lot of the songs near the top are a bit old, but there's not much up there to replace them. I'm not sure with "Pound The Alarm", it feels a bit too old to go there but, like I said, there's not much competition about.

02. Haha, I am a bit of a sucker for this type of song, but I've always said it was a highlight of the album! I CAN'T SLEEP I-I-I.

03. Stoopid Stooshe and their tendency to talk over songs, tis the main reason it isn't #1 at the moment - probably would be otherwise.

05. I really need to be in the right mood for this. Sometimes I feel like I've heard it too much, but other times it's the only song to suit my mood.

08. Good! 3 months til Manchester baby!

12. It is, this is one of my favourite recent singles by him. I just ~connect~ to it.

33. NOPE. With Florence, I overlook the voice for the production and I could just listen to Call My Name/We Found Love for the production values on this. I'm warming to the vocal though.
