Posted August 12, 200618 yr The Euphoria compilations are usually as patchy as anything... but the latest Lisa Lashes one sees the old hard house gal at her best - mixing storming new stuff with some genuine classics. It's great to see Marmion's incredible 'Schoneberg' finishing off the 3 CDs (probably one of the best dance records ever) which you can also say about OT Quartet and Lost Tribe, which sounds as fresh now as it did 7 years ago (THAT long?!). And respect to her for including 'The Dawn' by the late, great Tony de Vit.. whatta DJ he was - probably the greatest this country has ever produced - genius. Anyway - here's the tracklisting: Disc: 1 1. Crazy - Black Russian 2. Blue Top - Ingo & Bismark 3. Walk The Walk - Azure & Serge 4. Led Vario - Blair, Ryan 5. Exocet - Ingo 6. Switch - Beckers 7. August 13, 200618 yr I just sampled the album and i know what it is!!!! Its Technikal "H2O" its awesome!!! So is the album.
August 13, 200618 yr Author H2O is a brilliant track..... this album's definitely worth getting. Refreshing that this is a dance compilation that doesn't resort to cheesy 80s samples and naff girlie vocals to get you listening. Class.
August 13, 200618 yr Author there's some great tracks on XRated, but too many naff ones, too, I reckon.... Cascada ( :puke2: ), Global DJs.... plus it's got typically sexist and vile Misery of Sound artwork.... why why why are their compilations always packaged with half-naked birds on them? Sooooo naff.
