Posted August 7, 201212 yr Sorry if there's already a topic and I missed it. But here is the NEW single from Mumford & Sons and I have a feeling it's going to be pretty big, they have a fanbase already, so their success will be more instant than their last era. I get the feeling this could be a decent top 10 hit OR it could be similar to 'Hey, Soul Sister' or something and peak top 20, but linger around for ages. 0kS8RTRi7HA
August 7, 201212 yr I'm tired now so I'll listen to it later, but great to hear they're back! :D Loved their debut, I'm very intrigued to see where they can take their next album, hopefully they're not one trick ponies Edited August 7, 201212 yr by C.W
August 8, 201212 yr Author It's just growing and growing. I properly love it. It's VERY 'Little Lion Man' and that's my favourite M&S song, so I'm a very happy fan.
August 9, 201212 yr Im happy they havnt appeared to have moved away sound wise from the excellent debut they delivered.
August 9, 201212 yr I was mildly worried they'd lose it going into album 2 but I absolutely love this, just as good as anything from their debut
August 9, 201212 yr Absolutely loved the debut, but haven't liked any of their new stuff yet, I expect to be disappointed.
September 26, 201212 yr Author Love the new album. Definitely up there with their debut for me. 'I Will Wait' is my favourite still, but 'The Boxer' is also very nice.
September 26, 201212 yr This is one band I have loved less the more I have heard them. I loved their first two singles but now everytime I hear they're coming on the radio or tv I just cringe.
September 26, 201212 yr I listened to the debut album once - Little Lion Man was good enough. They dont really interest me.
November 7, 201212 yr Author 'Lover Of The Light' is the new single I'm guessing. Well it has a video... nMJUbZrNnA8 It's decent, but it's far from being my favourite from 'Babel'. I think I would have preferred 'The Boxer', 'Whispers In the Dark', 'Ghosts That We Knew' or 'Babel' next. But meh. It's nice enough and should keep the album selling a little longer I guess...
November 7, 201212 yr     I love Lover Of The Light (probably my favourite M&S song ever!) and I hope that it sells well and gets into the Top 40 at some stage. :D
