I find it hard to believe it'll have been 10 years since they formed next year - I feel old! Musically they don't appear to be very busy at the moment - and some of that is because they aren't actually signed to a label at the moment. You'd have thought Universal Island would be all systems go with them again after Harry and Dougie's success on 'Strictly' and 'I'm A Celeb'. But they've been writing and recording and basically new material from them probably won't be out until next year at the earliest. They are however just about to release their autobiography called 'Unsaid Things: Our Story' (it was a track on their first album 'Room on the 3rd Floor' for those who remember that far back) which is out 11th October. They've said that some of it will shock people in places so it'll be interesting I'm sure. They're off to America to play some shows for their US fans next month - two shows at the Roxy Theatre in Hollywood on 7th/10th September and then the Gramercy Theatre in New York on 13th September. I don't know if it's their intention to start releasing stuff again over there but I think Tom said they wanted to do it for the fans that they had out there from when they were in 'Just My Luck' (they're still the best thing in that film. I love to have a disc with b-sides as I missed their 'Greatest Bits' when it was out. I wonder why Memory Lane is twice there, I guess one is a live version. I'm totally buying this!Memory Lane is obviously there as thats the name of the album I think it's a good idea with the Autobiography out today it's like the end of the first 10 year chapter of Mcfly. Love Is Easy confirmed for 18th November (CD 19th)
