Come on United!

1968 1999 2008 2013?

Manchester United have no f***ing chance at all. England have no chance at all this year.

Pretty much. I'd imagine Mancini is quite happy they avoided the Europa League, it's not going to be fun for Chelsea with the fixture backlog from the Club World Championship added on as well but they're still our best chance of European silverware.

Means they'll have less chance of silverware, but it annoys me when people knock the Europa League. The last 32 has some very very strong teams in it. Rafa Benitez will take the Europa League very seriously. They've got a very good chance, but some very strong teams in the last 32.

I know Man Utd are not likely to win the Champions League this season but as a fan i can only hope that they will.

Oh I agree it's very strong, but everyone in it will see Chelsea as a bad draw moreso than most of the CL contenders would see United.

f*** sake the worst possible draw for Liverpool.

On the plus side both Manchester United and Arsenal are going out of Europe.

Probably not, hence his use of expletives.

Nasty draw for most of the Brits, although I'm going to enjoy Jose running around Old Trafford after the second leg.

And you think Liverpool will fare much better than Manchester United?

No we'll get beat. I couldn't have thought of a worse draw. Difference being there's a glimmer of hope Liverpool will go through. Manchester United have zero unless Vidic captures his best form.

Atletico Madrid?

Falcao would have torn us apart. Although, there's a chance he won't be at the club in February

How do you know that Man Utd have zero hope of getting through? anything could happen over two legs, away goals could play a part even a penalty shootout could possibly be a factor.

Because this is the worst Manchester United defence for a good 20 years? They have a chance of course, and Real Madrid haven't been anything special this season but you'll get spanked in Spain unless you do a Chelsea.

I think Liverpool should defeat Zenit actually, their nowhere near as strong as what they were!

Bayern vs Arsenal should be a FANTASTIC match though!

Zenit have an excellent team, but it's full of massive egos, Hulk being the main one who the Zenit fans don't particularly like.

Real Madrid vs. Manchester United should be a big match !
