I take it that's an April Fool, that's a terrible key/pitch change at the end of the three minute 'version'

Well done Rich :P I was wondering if anyone would see through that shoehorned key change

What Hits says does stand true though, even if we had a national selection the UK public would decide to send something dire over some genuinely great songs.

I didn't even listen the whole way through, would have caught that otherwise. Damn.

But again, what I said is true, if they'd taken the time to make a good three-minute version AND the BBC let them do it, it would have been fantastic.

Oh Martin!!!

Proper fell for that one. :D

:D

Sorry!

I really hope someday Hurts do Eurovision and come 19th just so people stop going on about them.

Awww, please re-up the "Eurovision version" of Miracle Martin! Miracle Martin, I'm going to call you that now  And Hurts are GUARANTEED top 5 in Eurovision, incredible performers and great songwriters too.

Anyway, the BBC have finally listened to the fans in one way - they've given us a poppers o'clock remix of Bonnie *.*

I think Bonnie will go a nice bit better than we are expecting and will certainly have a better outcome than last year.

Digital Spy have interviewed Bonnie and you can read it here!

It's a shame about the political voting comment, but I'm glad she's liking 'Glorious' so much! :D

She was on Terry Wogan's radio show yesterday and he hasn't changed a bit! Always going on about the 'eastern bloc' and how hard it is for western countries to win. 3 out of the last 4 winners have been western countries!

He's just bitter that no one liked 'Even If', I mean the UK public voted it OFF and he brought it back!

Here is the audio of Bonnie performing 'Believe In Me' acoustically on Terry Wogan's radio show on Sunday:

I really worry her voice is just going to fall apart on the night (and the jury final too), I just hope that she can hold it together and that they make the backing vocalists much louder.

I do think Bonnie at the very worst will manage top 20 on the night, but i think she will end up around 14th.
I was actually very impressed with her performance on Graham Norton tonight! :D Unfortunately, the song now seems more boring than ever before and that's not through overplaying it as I've barely listened to it! Hopefully it'll grow on me again on the big stage in Malmo!

No Ryan, the song IS boring. I've yet to listen to the song in full, it just bores me by the time it gets to the second verse. Apparently there's some remix of 'Believe In Me' but there's only so much life you can inject into a dead song. :(

If the UK do well in Eurovision this year, I can't help but think it'll be because people voted for Bonnie Tyler rather than the song. Then again, hardly anyone voted for Englebert last year but the BBC purposely refuse to learn their lesson. I'm already dreading what the UK's entry for Eurovision 2014 is going to be. :D

I'm very fond of it, and her Graham Norton performance was surprisingly very good. LOTS of backing support to level out her voice but it WORKED and if they pull that off in Malmo I think we could be underestimating her somewhat. I could easily see her pushing up to 15th or something which is obviously not amazing but would be SOLID.
