My second most popular BJSC entry (only JUST missing the final...damn you Ryan for only having 14 qualify instead of 15). Generic female dance pop at its best. Who knows - FML x2 could be in my YE chart next year! :o

 

39. Conor Maynard - Turn Around (feat. Ne-Yo)

Conor makes his second and final appearance in my YE chart with Turn Around. It wasn't until its single release that I really started to take notice of how good this song was. I'd prefer it without Ne-Yo but he does no harm.

As we've already seen, Cody's album was my fourth favourite of the year. Album track Be The One makes it in at #38 here. Fantastic song, worth checking out IMO! A more Buzzjack friendly song by Cody is still to come, however.

Loreen took Buzzjack and the whole of Europe by storm with her debut single Euphoria (still to come), but her follow-up single was also fab. I prefer the updated version of MHIRM, it's the one that really grabbed me.

You're probably thinking "o lawd" at this, but as much as I liked Ronan before anyway, I never thought he'd do something THIS good. It's still quite young sounding but it's so goddamn catchy and definitely worthy of a place here. Don't write it off before you try it!

35. Delta Goodrem - Dancing With A Broken Heart

The first of four entries in my YE from Queen Delta. Dancing With A Broken Heart is her lowest charting single in Australia (bar I Don't Care), and it was good for a month or so and then started to tire on me, hence its speedy exit from my chart after leaving the top five. Still a fantastic song though, something very different for Delta.

34. Justin Bieber - Boyfriend

Another artist who has four entries in the YE chart - the first single from Believe drops out here. It's not really representative of Believe in general, and is a big step up for Justin from the likes of Mistletoe and Baby.

 

33. Haley Reinhart - Free

Haley reaches my top 40 with her debut single written by Goddess Lucie Silvas. Sadly, I've heard that Haley's been dropped along with 65 (!!!!!!!) other artists from her label. A real shame TBH, let's hope she finds another label, or at least carries on releasing independently.

I'm sorry, but he murdered one of my favourite songs of all time in the form of A Thousand Miles. :( I just can't give him a second chance.

 

Thank god Boyfriend has dropped out quite quickly, it's not very good at all. All of his other songs from this era are so much better.

Queen Delta's comeback single, which I hammered for a few hours on repeat. :lol: A nice upbeat song, nothing serious. A better representation of her album than Dancing With A Broken Heart, I'd say.

One of the most recent songs in my countdown. Girls Aloud have easily been my favourite girlband of the year, and they've only released four songs. This song is too amazing to flop in the official chart but we all know it will. Nicola SLAYS ALL in the chorus.

 

The girls look quite attractive in that video, apart from Nicola. :(

Greyson's latest single just makes the top 30. The song shows him with a more mature, acoustic sound. Probably the best song on his recent EP Truth Be Told, Pt. 1.

The highest BJSC discovery of mine in my YE chart (that's not my own entry obv). It was an absolute CRIME that this song failed to qualify and it's coming to STORM the Rejects soon ~

The first of three Slaylor songs in my YE chart! IKYWT. shows Taylor experimenting with dubstep in her music, and surprisingly it works really well! MUST be a hit next year.

Nope, I wasn't! :o I've bought the album (£1.99 in a charity shop :kink:) but I've not got round to listening yet. The singles are absolutely fantastic though!

Yeah the singles were all amazing, but songs like It's All Your Fault, Ave Mary A and This is How It Goes Down are equally AMAZING :wub:
