Next up is a Justin Bieber album track, which I loved right from that first listen. Believe's a phenomenal album though, completely worthy of having four songs in this countdown (two still to come).

I haven't listened to "Fall" in ages, think I remember it being a bit boring. Disappointed that "Boyfriend" finished lower. :(

 

I guess "I Knew You Were Trouble." has done well here for how recent it is - even if it will be higher in my countdown when I get round to it. :kink: I'm really sad about how the Girls Aloud song looks to be a complete flop, it's a great ballad and I'd rather listen to that then "Something New".

25. Carrie Underwood - Good Girl

Country goddess Carrie Underwood makes her first appearance in this countdown with sassy country pop song Good Girl, the first single from my seventh favourite album of the year Blown Away. Definitely one I'd recommend to anyone who hasn't heard of Carrie before!

All-round goddess and bad timekeeper Lucie Silvas appears again with her beautiful and haunting piano ballad Reset!

 

23. Cody Simpson - So Listen (feat. T-Pain)

Cody appears yet again with buzz single So Listen, which actually reached the top 60 on iTunes in the UK! We'll ignore how he missed the top 200 in the end though.

Justin yet AGAIN with recent single Beauty and a Beat. Nicki's not too bad here but it'd be better without her IMO. Fantastic music video, one of my favourites of 2012!

 

21. Taylor Swift - Starlight

TBH it's probably gonna be a bit boring in terms of artists now as most of them will end up being repeats due to my looning. Starlight is a Taylor Swift album track which is just lushious.

 

I still quite like Beauty and a Beat (ALAYLM is a beast in comparison though :wub:). Nicki's verse is so underwhelming in comparison to what she has done on other features.

 

Also that Cody Simpson guy is HAWT (sorry i don't know his music, but who needs to when you look like that??)

Here are 1D with their highest entry in my YTD chart! Doesn't really represent how much I've loved their music this year, the new album is FANTASTIC and Kiss You is looking likely to be top 50 next year.

Timebomb is the song that really made me take notice of Kylie, and got me to revisit her old material. Still my second favourite Kylie song (behind the GLORIOUS 2 Hearts).

Now we get to the Buzzjack friendly Cody song I mentioned earlier. Wish U Were Here features female rapper Becky G who is also featured on Cher Lloyd's "Oath".

It's been a stellar year for Justin but he gets no higher than #17 in my singles countdown, probably because I've just enjoyed the album as a whole instead of particular tracks like with My Worlds (hence why Love Me has about 100 more plays than any of the other songs there).

 

16. Daniela Brooker - Eighteen

Daniela's back again with her beautiful single Eighteen, which she wrote on her 18th birthday last year and performed when supporting The Saturdays. It really grabbed me and I just fell in love with her. This girl needs to be BIG.

It's my second favourite after Love Me but I'm not sure you'll be a fan of that one. :lol: It's very very good though, glad it's caught the attention of many people who don't normally like Justin.
