69 Lana Del Rey - National Anthem

 

 

Every Lana hater's favourite Lana song is the second out of three songs to chart in my EOY chart. National Anthem is probably the best video of the year, as the video helped me enhance my enjoyment of the song and so many concepts and ideas were explored during the video. My third favourite Lana song after Video Games and Ride. :wub:

68 Ne-Yo - Let Me Love You (Until You Learn To Love Yourself)

 

 

I still don't understand how anyone can hate this song? A beautiful melody, a euphoric beat, sublime lyrics, a raw voice, it's got everything I want in a song! :wub: Jonjo can back me up on this. It's one of the best #1s of the year as well. I can also sing this song quite well in a jazz style, I'll give you a link if you want to hear it. Ne-Yo has one more entry in this chart as a featured artist. ^_^

67 Maroon 5 feat Wiz Khalifa - Payphone

 

 

This was actually quite good until it got DESTROYED by overplay. I don't understand exactly why Bre likes this song as well, he has a TERRIBLE music taste! -_- :kink:

66 Biffy Clyro - Stinign' Belle

 

 

Listen to the song. That's all I'm going to say. Then you'll understand why it was a personal chart #1 for me and you'll find out why I enjoy it so much. That middle 8 = :wub:

See Charlie, this is a good Vaccines song, and not that I Always Knew shit. I have so much love for this song, I can even explain to all of you how much it means to me. :wub:

64 Bastille - Flaws

 

 

I love this song so much, it's from one of the freshest bands around at the moment and it made #21 in the Official Chart. I'm looking forward to their forthcoming album in 2013, I can't wait until it gets released/leaks! :wub:

63 Lana Del Rey - Ride

 

 

This song has helped me through some tough experiences over the last few months, which is partly the reason why I have so much affection for it. But it's the highest Lana song on the countdown and it's my favourite Lana song of 2012! :D

Here is our first main appearance from Prince Frank! This album track from Channel Orange, which NEEDS to be promoted at some point, was an instant favourite of mine and a lyric from the song was Former King Of Buzzjack Tyron Wilson's profile title for a few months. A song about the stereotypes of how boys and girls should act and behave, it 's especially hard to not get on board and not resist the pain and sadness in his voice. :snif: If you haven't heard it yet, you need to hear it right now! It needs to be a gay pride anthem at some point as well!

59 Conor Maynard feat Ne-Yo - Turn Around

 

 

This reminds me of going into London to see Blood Brothers! :wub: Good times! Sorry Haus and Joe, this song wasn't as good as the others that are yet to come in my opinion. :( This is also Conor and Ne-Yo's last appearance in my chart.
