Zaha will end up at Arsenal, Walcott's long term replacement I'd expect. I've not seen enough of Ince to comment, I saw a few youth games and while he was good I was unsure whether he'd make it at Liverpool. He's apparently come on leaps and bounds though. Got a proper good mentality like his father too, and can score goals from the wide forward position, which is why I'd guess Brendan Rodgers wants him.

maybe because of london. hes good but i think a fringe pl player tbf :yahoo:

It appears that today Balotelli and Mancini were involved in a training ground bust-up after pictures show Balotelli and Mancini in a altercation and having to be seperated by team-mates and staff. Surely that's it for Balotelli as a Man City player?

hes a nutter but i would welcome him at bristol city. its people like him and cantona that make football interesting. can see him staying at man city though

Of course he will. Mancini's comments speak like a man who has no great control. I suspect he wants Balotelli out, but the higher powers don't, purely because he is brilliant for the Manchester City brand.

The characters in football are interesting, but Cantona was a f***ing pleb for kicking the fan. That's not interesting, that's just plain moronic.

David Villa to Arsenal is looking more and more likely, which is good as its exactly the kind of signing the club need.

Another target for both Arsenal and Liverpool, Lewis Holtby has agreed to join Spurs in July. I seen him play for Schalke in the CL and have to say I was very impressed by him, gutted he's joining that lot but what can you do. They are also hilariously annoying Ferguson with their signing of Fryers from Liege, he really will complain about anything.

Looks like Llorente is off to Juve, which you have to say is good for him, just a pity we won't get to see him in the PL, he was very tidy for Bilbao prior to this season.

Villa would be a top signing for any team. Be gutted if he goes to Arsenal, but the wages he would command is a bit of a put-off.

I personally don't think too much of Holtby. Like Marin for Chelsea, they're good players just not top players. A lot of Bundesliga clubs let their players contracts run down for some reason. Schalke are no mugs. Draxler is the much better player.

And I hate Fergie, but I think with the Fryers issue he kind of has a point. Spurs have abused the system, and the system is in place for this not to happen. Okay I'll agree I think Manchester United wanted an obviously ludacris sum of money for an average player, but that's what a tribunal is there for in these cases. It happened with Daniel Sturridge when he left Manchester City for Chelsea. Bit naughty from Spurs, but I guess they didn't break any rules. Will be interesting to see the FAs next move on this, as it could set the way for more clubs to do this.

damn you huddersfield, stealing neil danns from us. oh well, this frank feltschner from grasshopper looks a good deal, youtube shows him as a very good player :D
Wooo, Hull have signed David Meyler and Robbie Brady on permanent contracts following their loan spells. Both have shone so far this season and I'm looking forward to the team staying compact and relatively unchanged for the fight for promotion! :w00t:

Loic Remy and Yann M'Vila to QPR

You've got to hope for their sake that they don't get relegated as this could end very badly. I guess they've got to do everything to stay in the league with the new tv deal next season

I'd guess they'll have some release clause if their contracts if QPR get relegated. Win-win really for the players.

I meant it'd end badly for the club. A lot of those players would end up leaving for small transfer fees with QPR having to provide them significant pay offs. Although, I wouldn't mind M'vila at Liverpool for a small fee in the Summer as back up for Lucas

I don't like him. Think he's a real bad egg.. There must a reason he's not at Arsenal already, so for that reason I don't want him anywhere near Liverpool.

zaha to man utd. adomah to palace. is what ive heard recently. palace should pay at least 3 million to land adomah imo :D

unrelated i know but made i laugh:

'abramovich is set to sign the chelsea ball-boy for £14 Million as he holds the ball up better than any chelsea player'

£15m is steep for Zaha, but I guess that's the going rate for any decent English orientated attacking player.

Ergh, Newcastle might as well transfer themselves to Ligue 1. Anymore players and they'll have half of the French population in their team. <_<

There's so many good jokes going round at the moment.

To be fair, there is a lot of good talent in Ligue 1. Some decent buys they've made, some are definitely punts though. Sissoko is a great buy for them. My only problem is I wonder why no other club was willing to beat Newcastle for the signing.

Exactly, they had no competition for any of the players they've signed, and the only competition they had for a player they ended up losing him. Seems a bit strange.
