it is very hard to do - I have been "good" for about 18 months now - but took a doctor telling me off to do it!!!!

well i tryed to lose some wait before we went to the robbie concert and i did lose 13 kilo's but i think ........ welli know for sure i did get some wait back again but i'm going to do it again so fingers crossed please
