According to SOUNDSCAN records this morning, the album has shifted 822,430 copies worldwide already, which is pretty amazing! The album has sold 188,000 copies in the USA since it's Tuesday morning release and according to reports, the album is predicted to sell anywhere between 380,000 and 600,000 in it's first week (in the US) based on it's first day sales of 73,000 copies!

:yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

dunno how true this is BUT isnt 'soundscan' a VERY reliable source?

singles seem so un-important on a global scale compared to albums, i reckon this album could topple 'stripped' sales wise now! if not it wont be far off... :o
