Washington, Aug 16: Pop princess Christina Aguilera reveals that she didn’t even blink when her wedding turned out to cost 2 million dollars, for she had never thought that she was going to walk down the aisle one day. The ‘Dirrty’ singer spared no expense when she wed marketing executive Jordan Bratman in November 2005. And though her wedding totaled up to 2 million dollars, she thinks that it was all worth it for her big day. "Ok, it was somewhat over the top, but I`m not one to look at the cost of everything! I was never one of those girls who couldn`t wait to be married, who couldn`t wait for the white dress. That was so not me. I always felt my career was first. Nothing was going to distract me. That`s another reason I just never thought I`d be married at 25," Contactmusic quoted her, as telling Allure magazine. The singer spent a packet not only on the Christian Lacroix couture gown with a long ruffled train and a rosary studded with diamonds that she wore, but also on the Napa Valley, California, estate where the ceremony was held in a newly built Renaissance-style temple with a hand-painted ceiling. Aguilera wanted a winter theme and had chandeliers covered in crystal strands, and tables strewn with flowers dipped in silver glitter.
