'Matadora' is the clear highlight of that bunch :wub: Plus I agree with you that it was a bit of a grower post contest. I gave it 9 points but I've grown to love it even more since!

this is such an adorable tune, i wanna hug it

I gave HUGE points for all of 12-15, stanning this section so so so much!

 

- 'A/B Machines' finally allowed me to give Harmonica some points at last! The crazy distorted sound really did it for me. Something pretty bold and brave from the nation!

 

- 'Change Your Life (You Can Do It)' was an instant highlight when I was making the recaps for BJSC 89. Immense production and I'm a sucker for that loopy dance vocal kinda style when done well. A shame it slipped from your hands during confirmations!

 

- 'Free Tibet (Vini Vici Remix)' was such a MOMENT this year. I remember my votes being left until last and it filled me with both shock and glee, to know that it was about to win. It's just so unorthodox and bonkers... pretty unbelievable that the BJSC masses took to it. Bravo Ethan for such an interesting winner. Truly anything has a shot now!

 

- 'JUST' was a shining example of how Skall do these long (mostly) instrumental type songs so well *.* Bleepy and bloopy and infectious.

Pleased to not walk away empty handed here at least :3 I hope I can get back in your good books a bit more often next year though ~

 

That entire 11-15 section omg, I need all the cheeseblocks. 'Matadora' top 20 as well :heart:

 

Basenji is a bit rubbish but 'Guest' is definitely underrated.
