Posted February 10, 201312 yr This is the start of my 2012 year end chart and as usual it's a real international mix with productions from 24 different countries with 22 productions from the UK and 20 from the US. There are 6 from Italy and 5 each from Romania, Korea and Brazil. The total from the UK is all the more remarkable in that the previous year there were only 6 on the year end chart. Conversely the 17 Romanian productions on the 2011 year end list has reduced sharply to 5 on the 2012 list. No Korean song had ever entered my chart 100 before 2012 and now there are 5. 35 of the songs in this chart are not sung in English with 17 being in Spanish 4 of which are US productions. Of the 22 UK productions in this chart 10 failed to break into the Top 20 in the UK itself in 2012. Bruno Mars and Paula Fernandes both have 3 entries in the chart and Pink, Luan Santana, Michael Kiwanuka, Prince Royce, Nina Zilli, Muse and the Vaccines all have 2. So lets start with .... 100.
