April 15, 201312 yr I've just gotten all of Selena's back catalogue and while I know nothing from the second album yet and nothing but Naturally from the first, I had heard about half of the third before this and I was very impressed, some seriously classy pop there (especially My Dilemma and Love You Like A Love Song). Demi has never really interested me that much in comparison. Even Heart Attack has kinda passed me by.
April 16, 201312 yr The only good thing about "Heart Attack" is it's middle 8. As for Selena, it probably works better starting from album one, you can see how she progresses with each album.

April 17, 201312 yr Is she miming? :( The song has really grown on me though! I don't think so. I think her microphone was just very low. This was an improvement from the MTV performance, but this choreography is just such a mess. The steps are far too simple. Considering how well Selena danced in "Another Cinderella Story", I was expecting much better.
April 17, 201312 yr On the contrary, I think the choreo is fantastic! Very sophisticated and in totally in keeping with the sensual Bhangra vibe of the song. It doesn't have to be full of $l*t drops!
April 17, 201312 yr Really didn't like this much at first, now it's slaying me! Why an end of July release for it though? Yeah it's summery, but so is What About Us and that didn't stop that getting to number 1 (although that was held back about 7 years).
April 18, 201312 yr I stumbled across the 'Come And Get It' performance on Dancing With The Stars and sort of brushed off the song quite quickly but found myself desperate to replay the audio over and over. I've never really paid attention to Selena, bar Naturally and Love You Like A Love Song - both of which I love so can't wait to get this off of iTunes when it's released here. :)
April 19, 201312 yr Wow. I'm really shocked Selena released a song like this tbh. This is the sort of thing you'd expect from the Pussycat Dolls, Rihanna, Nelly Furtado, Beyonce, those sorts of artists. It's good though. There used to be loads of songs of this style around 2003-2006 time. This song is so instantly catchy to me. I can't understand why its had to grow on people, it hit me instantly.
