It's a good song, I hear a bit of a cross between we all fall down from BW with a progress esc pace and tone to it. (Albeit one of the calmer tracks on the album)

If I was being critical I would say that it sounds like a TT b-side but hopefully for him he'll get a top 20 or higher with this. Does anyone know when it is actually released? Or if there is any promo planned?

There is a small tour at the beginning of next month which goes on sale next week, I know that much. I'm sure he must have some promo lined up!

Brilliant song and video! I really want to see it do well in the charts.

Also the previews of the tracks on the album are on itunes, and they all sound very good. I'm really looking forward to this album.

I'm not sure what I make of that. I quite like the song (bits of it sound like a cross between The Wanted's I'm Glad You Came and a Cold Play song).

The video is seriously crappy though!

It definitely has a Coldplay/Embrace sound to it. While its not a bad song i had hoped he would have taken a more poppy approach. Its different from his previous materia, interesting to see how it will chart for him and also will the radio stations support him.
Sounds pretty good on first listen, I'm definitely not disappointed and I think it sounds like a grower too, so I could grow to love it! The chorus is really strong. As for how it will do in the charts, I'm pretty sure it won't do much at all, but then as has already been said earlier in this thread, that's not really his concern. I think the album should go Top 40 though, I hope so anyway!

Here's a preview of the whole album:

First listen is indeed sounding great. It is also sounding like an extremely solid album. Some good promotion and Mark could finally be onto a winner, this of course been aided by the fact he is part of one of the UK's biggest and most successful bands.
I pre-ordered on iTunes today (and also downloaded 'Four Minute Warning' whilst I was at it because what a TUNE that was). It does sound like a really strong album overall.
I just sense this era is going to do at least reasonably well for Mark, the general feedback on this album appears quiet positive on most forums etc.
It appears that way for now so hopefully it will translate into sales for him, id be so happy if the album managed top 20 at the least for him.

Here's a link of gary visiting mark in the studio with the x factor overs singing on Raven
It may have been no harm sticking 4 minute as a bonus track on this album as it appears his most known song.

I enjoyed the album. Stars is an amazing track

I also enjoyed Carnival, Raven and End of Everything the most.
