As of the March 23rd billboard chart:

Baauer's "Harlem Shake" has been #1 on the Hot 100 for 4 weeks, and has a 2:1 points lead over Macklemore's "Thrift Shop".

How many weeks will it stay at #1 on the Hot 100?

9-10, but could be longer.

Stupid billboard.

I'll say 11-12 weeks, though while the YouTube factor should ensure Harlem Shake stays ahead of all its current competitors, it also means a new viral sensation could really come along at any minute, so it's quite risky to predict so far into the future.

5-6 weeks, it's popularity is decreasing rapidly... thanks god.

You really think it could fall off #1 that quickly?

12 to 13 weeks... That YouTube addition is really silly, it will prevent the biggest sellers & biggest airplay hits from reaching the top... Bruno Mars and Pink should've been there instead...
Surely the novelty has worn off now? It was funny for about 2 weeks but knowing how the US charts have been over the years, Baauer will probably be in the double figures before it's knocked off the top spot. 10 weeks minimum.
I'm hoping for just 2 more weeks, preferably less
