I just don't think the public got them trying to be all 'gangsta' on Notorious.. As much as I love the song, it doesn't suit them. They are not 'gangsta' in any way, shape or form.

And 'My Heart Takes Over' was a bad choice overall. It's just not memorable.. bit of a non-event really.

Their first album would have surely bombed being released off the back of 'If This Is Love'? Thus killing their career stone dead at the first hurdle.

 

They did the right thing releasing it off the back of a stronger single like 'Up'. Infact, I'd say the got that era spot on.

So everyone has a feeling, if they release One Shot now, it would be a straight shot NO 1.

I don't think One shot would go to #1. It's a good song but it's not great!

I'll never understand the love for One Shot. The chorus is nice but that's really it. I think there are better tracks that could've been released off Wordshaker.

I like One Shot!

 

The one that I don't understand on Wordshaker is Lose Control. That song is just awful.

I think at the time One Shot seemed an obvious choice, but my love for the song was only great whilst they were touring and I first heard the album version, same with Wordshaker, except I still love Wordshaker... because it's great because I know a lot of people who talk s***.
