This was quite fun! We started planning this a couple of days ago. Nearly cancelled the contest instead of a few new rules.

 

Only took 5 years to get an april fools prank outta the BJSC mods :lol:

Wouldn't banning artists result in the contest dieing though?

 

I take part in another contest on a german forum where you can't send an act that has already participated in the contest and your act can't have been in the german top 100 and the UK and US top 20 in the charts. Well over 1500 songs have been sent and the contest is far from dieing. :D
