Harsh Times was very good indeed! 4 out of 5!

Is it just me, or does "The Sentinel" just seem like a total rip-off of "24"....? It certainly does not help matters that Keifer Sutherland just seems to be playing a slight variation on his 'Jack Bauer' role.... I'm surprised he didn't get the two mixed up....

well i watched it yesterday and throughout the movie was going in my mind 'I could be at home on my couch in comfort watching my big box set of 24'.

at last they've managed to spand megadollers making a film that looks even more like a TV show than a TV show that features the same bloke in a similar (but more boring) role.

actually (shock frickin horror) think i enjoyed LiTTLE Man more :o :o

It was rather poor to be honest. Nothing intrinsically wrong, but rather boring, pointless and predictable... I found it particularly ridiculous that Eva Longoria's supposed to be playing a Secret Service agent and she was running around in high heels.... And, doesn't the Secret Service have height requirements.....?

I agree, The Sentinel was one of the films being shown on the plane when I was coming back from holiday (it was a preview), I'd seen the trailer before which made it look quite good. Anyway, after watching the first 35 minutes or so, I found myself drifting off to sleep  I mean, I was a bit tired but the boring-ness of the movie didn't help, switched over to another channel and watched some Will and Grace instead.

Wouldn't really recommend this movie... go see Little Miss Sunshine instead

Maybe I should've read this a couple of hours ago, when I hadn't got tickets booked :(

Swap them for "Volver" tickets if you can.....

The Sentinel was okay..I've seen worse films..:)
I didn't see this in the end, we changed our minds and watched Beerfest and tbh, I pity anyone who's been to see that :puke2: This was probably the better choice after all <_<

Yeah, but I bet you've seen a lot of better films as well though....

As a Political Thriller, it's really quite dull and predictable. Frankly, "In The Line of Fire" did this whole idea a hell of a lot more justice a decade ago (and with a lot more style and suspense too.....)

True..
