42.I'll Stand By You - 7.77

(Highest: 11 calum sande. Lowest: 6 AdamAloud, dj_tim_e, mike_sugafan, AaronTM, Leonardo)

41.Swinging London Town - 7.86

(Highest: 11 JonPMQ. Lowest: 2 Leonardo)

At #42 is the 4th Single to drop out of the countdown 'I'll Stand By You' and 4th of the Cover singles (Seems we much prefer the originals)! Leaving just Jump to fight for the crown as the last remaining cover song. At #41 just missing out on the Top 40 is 'Swinging London Town' from Chemistry, tbh I see this song as slightly overrated so I'm glad it didn't get any higher.

'Hanging On The Telephone' is probably one of their strongest covers if you ask me. And I adore 'Here We Go'. Would have expected 'Swinging London Town' to be higher considering the fans voted for it to be on the second disk of 'Ten'. Until recently I would have agreed about it being overrated, but I've grown to really like it recently.

Of the singles, I'm hoping for 'Long Hot Summer' next, followed by 'Life Got Cold'.

39. Count The Days - 7.9

(Highest: 10, Lukuzz, Jamesy, Jay. Lowest: 4 Acoustic)

39.Crazy Fool - 7.9

(Highest: 10, AaronTM. Lowest 5 Jamesy)

37.Waiting - 8.02

(Highest: 10 Davidson, Jay, Theo. Lowest: 4 mike_sugafan)

37. Crocodile Tears - 8.02

(Highest: 10 Lukuzz, AdamAloud. Lowest 3 Silver Rocket)

Up next we have another tie at #39 firstly the top Christmas song from the Chemistry bonus disc 'Count The Days' I'm glad this was the top one of the 8! Also at #39 is 'Crazy Fool' which is the solo Cheryl song that was a b-side and the first of the 3 songs to appear from the bonus disc of Ten.

We then have another tie at #37 with 'Waiting' from Chemistry one of the songs that seems to have been performed a lot for an album track and we have 'Crocodile Tears' from Tangled Up, one of my personal faves, I did see it as underrated but its did rather well coming 37th.

"Waiting" (from Chemistry :P) was FAB on the "Out of Control" tour - I'd not heard it before then, so it basically introduced me to the album. A shame it and "Swinging London Town" are out already - hopefully "Wild Horses" will place much higher.

How is "Count the Days" the highest Christmas song?! It's the worst one!

"Waiting" (from Chemistry :P)

Ooops so many songs so confusing!

'Here We Go' is one of my favourites from that album, also 'Swinging London Town' with Chemistry.

'Not Tonight Santa' NEEDS to become a smash one christmas.

If Cheryl Cole based her solo career around 'Crazy Fool', I may be more on board with her.

36.Some Kind Of Miracle - 8.08

(Highest: 11 JonPMQ, JosephVickers. Lowest: 5 – Jamesy, Leonardo)

34. Love Is The Key - 8.11

(Highest: 10 AdamAloud. Lowest: 5 mike_sugafan)

34. Real Life - 8.11

(Highest: 10 Jay. Lowest: 6, Leonardo, mike_sugafan)

At #36 is 'Some Kind Of Miracle' the top album track from SOTU with all 4 singles from the era yet to come, also all songs are now 8+ average, At #34 we have yet another tie, firstly is 'Love Is The Key' from OOC this came 5th from said album it was definitely a fun track on tour. Also is 'Real Life' from WWTNS I don't play this song that often yet It seems to stick in your mind very quickly.

33.Love Is Pain - 8.19

(Highest: 10 lukuzz, Davidson, mike_sugafan, THEO. Lowest: 5 AaronTM)

32.Life Got Cold - 8.22

(Highest: 11 Jamesy, AdamAloud, Mike Sugafan, Acoustic, Lukuzz. Lowest: Jonjo, 1)

31.Hoxton Hereos - 8.28

(Highest: 10 lukuzz. Lowest: 5 leonardo)

Well this next section for me is devastating, anyways at #33 is 'Love Is Pain' which is the 4th highest placed song from OOC and top non-single from said album, which I for one am very glad about I think it is an amazing song and I would have loved it as a single, I would have loved it higher but tbh I'm surprised its this high! At #32 is 'Life Got Cold' the 5th single to fall and first non-cover single this is truly upsetting for me, one of their best ever songs and the song that got me obsessed with GA, shame on you all paricularly Jonjo lol! And finally just missing out on the Top 30 at #31 is another b-side that ended up being featured on Ten 'Hoxton Hereos' the song to take a dig at those indie rockers, I adore this so it is so quirky and so Girls Aloud, higher than I expected but I'm glad (although LGC is better)

My initial top 10 predictions, in no particular order:

Sound Of The Underground

Graffiti My Soul

Something Kinda Ooooh

Call The Shots

Sexy! No No No...

Girl Overboard

Untouchable

Something New

On The Metro

Memory Of You

I can't believe 'Life Got Cold' missed out on the Top 30 while tosh like 'St. Trinian's Theme' did. :(

I really wouldn't have expected the St Trinian's song to do so well. It was enjoyable at the time of release, but I can't say I still regularly listen to it. I would have thought 'Waiting' would have been higher, they always did a brilliant job of it live, and I was disappointed that they left it off the last tour. 'Crazy Fool' was very good too, and puts most of Cheryl's solo output to shame.

Loved 'Love Is The Key' when the album initially came out, but it got very boring very quickly for me. 'Life Got Cold' is another which is decent enough but never stood up all that brilliantly compared to the other singles, though it was nice to see it performed on the tour. I adore 'Hoxton Heroes' though. If I had to choose, I'd probably name it my favourite of the B-Sides.

Right sorry for lack of recent updates, time to go into the Top 30:

30.Long Hot Summer - 8.3

(Highest: 10 troublepink. Lowest 6 THEO.)

29.Jump - 8.37

(Highest: 10 troublepink. Lowest: 6 THEO.)

At #30 is 'Long Hot Summer' the 5th single to leave and first non cover single, personally I thought and think it should have been lower but it has more fans than I thought. At #29 is another single and the top of all the cover singles 'Jump' again I didn't think this would be that high up as I think its a tad overrated.

28.Every Now And Then - 8.41

(Highest: 10 Lukuzz, Slick, dj_tim_e, Girl Overboard, AaronTM. Lowest: Jamesy 5)

27.Close To Love - 8.47

(Highest: 10 Lukuzz, Jay, Girl Overboard. Lowest: 3 mike_sugafan)

At #28 is one of the 4 new songs from Ten 'Every Now And Then' one of the 2 wrote by Xenomania, personally I think this song is fantastic and alongside On The Metro would have made a great single! At #27 is 'Close To Love' from Tangled Up, definitely one of their best album tracks imo.

26. St.Trinian's Theme - 8.53

(Highest: 11 Jamesy, Jonjo. Lowest: 7 Lukuzz, Acoustic, dj_tim_e)

25.Can't Speak French - 8.55

(Highest: 10, Jay THEO. Troublepink. Lowest: 6 mike_sugafan)

At #26 from the movie St. Trinian's is 'St. Trinian's Theme' a song which ended up charting at #51 despite not being a proper single release, for me personally I don't get the obsession with the song, I don't like the fact its chanty and rather shouty (even though that's probably the whole point). At #25 is 'Can't Speak French' the next single to fall out of the running. Again for me personally I find this song overrated, I would have never released this over some of the amazing gems on Tangled Up, although the video is one of my favourites of theirs.

Love both 'Long Hot Summer' and 'Jump', up there with their best for me.

'Close To Love' was a should have been single from Tangled Up, along with 'Girl Overboard' and especially 'Control Of The Knife'.
