 BYE JORDAN. He really did seal his fate when they found out he wasn't a shareholder.

I do not see Niel in the final AT ALL. I see an all female final. His business plan is a complete load of shite

Shame, Neil showed so much promise and potential throughout the whole series, but now his business plan really was a load of shit. Gone though. :o

Really holding out for a Luisa/Francesca top 2 now. *.*

I knew he was a goner from the moment they started to rip his business plan to shreds.

My god I just LOVE Interviews. Out of these three I can't call it. All seem like very viable ideas.

Come on now, just one more step for Leah - she really really did well at the interviews, the only one who DID prove herself in the interviews.

It'll be Leah/Luisa, I'm sure.

There's something about Francesca I don't quite like. I can't put my finger on it. Luisa's the same.
OH NO. :( Feel so sorry for Francesca. Her proposition was much better, and had much more promise than Luisa's. I can still see her coming out on top next week, don't think Leah will quite go the whole way.
I honestly think all three of the ladies had brilliant ideas, probably the best final 3 we've had since this changed from a job to an investment as all three you could actually foresee becoming seriously profitable businesses.
I'd like Leah to win. I've liked her since the first week. Luisa has had her moments but I'm not a fan.

Leah/Luisa final. *.* Perfect, from the business plans that seems the best decision, Neil's was crap (unfortunately) and I didn't think too much of Francesca's either, even if they didn't rip it apart that much. Felt incredibly sorry for Jordan, that was one of the worst ass-rippings I've ever seen. :(

Leah should hopefully win now. I think her idea is probably the best, especially if the only flaw they can pick is a 'moral' aspect.

YES YES YES LEAH

Now win it please.

I think she will, she's more likely to keep her cool and put across a convincing business case.

Ohhh, I missed it tonight but which one of the final 2 is the Irish one, or did she go? Only reason I ask is because about 5 or 6 weeks ago I was talking to some workmates about The Apprentice and I said the Irish girl might do well, to which the others screwed their faces up as if to say "erm...no".

:D

This week was disastrous for the boys, wasn't it? LOL. Pathetic. What the interviewers were saying about Neil's self motivation or whatever overshadowing him, from going even further was spot on. Jordan was as useless as ever.

I'd love a Luisa win, I don't like how cold Leah comes across, but I agree in that they both have very profitable businesses, so either one would make a good winner.

But JASON IS BACK NEXT WEEK! *.* I'm preparing my body, right now.

EDIT: Hits, Leah is in the final, so laugh in their faces :P

Natalie back next week. *.* That will be AMAZING (I'll be the only person thinking that :kink:)

Poor Neil :( Started to back him a whole lot recently especially after learning about his back story and passing off his supposed arrogance as actual genuine self belief.

Leah for the win now though but it could easily swing either way.

One has to wonder if they actually bother reading all the business plans before selecting the candidates? I can understand them leaving the in depth analysis off until the interviews for entertainment purposes, but surely Jordan should never have got through if it was?!

I saw that final 2 the instant Neil's business plan started getting criticism. I can't argue with it though, they both came across really well in the interviews and had good business ideas, I can't really tell which way this will go. Luisa seems a bit too controversial to win, but a surgery business would be quite the risk for even Sir Alan.

Always love the interviews, Claude calling Jordan a 'parasite' and Francesca admitting she put five million down completely randomly were highlights :D

I don't think Leah will be denied a win based on her plan being unconvincingly/potentially unethical (if this was a serious problem then she wouldn't have got through to the final) so I think if she doesn't get the win it'll only be because of a weak portrayal in the final episode.

AMAZING result last night, especially after the girls being doomed from the first four weeks! Leah's been my favourite since episode 1, so she'd be a fab winner, but I'm really not bothered out of her and Luisa because they both had great business plans. It was definitely my favourite interviews episode ever - Jordan's quick exit was brilliant, and I was delighted that Neil finally fell short of his own hype. I felt sorry for Francesca, but I'm sure she'll go far anyway.
