There are some acts who dont put any emphasis on singles on mark is one of them.

Oh Dear i dont like the second last paragraph of that article which reads:

 

"“Hopefully it will be next year — but next year might come and they might go, ‘You know what, I’m not ready’. You’ve just got to give people the time"

 

This indicates they are on hiatus on they are all ready again to get back together.

 

I assume Mark is tee-total now, i dont see the point of quitting smoking if he still smokes drugs, quitting smoking isnt easy so well done for that.

It is sadly looking that way. I did not expect such a gap to occur as it was never an official break if you know what i mean. I cant see a new album coming until November 2014 at the very earliest. It will be interesting to see how the album will sell after such a gap.

I would of thought that the label would of been pushing for a release though - after all they know it'll shift the bests part of 3 million copies in singles and albums here

I thought the same but on the other hand they know they can sell albums so probably do not want to be pushing them all the time incase they opt to leave the label.

It will not flop, but not successful either.

I have no doubt at all that it will be successful.

Mark performed and done an interview here on Ireland on the late late show friday night, he said Take That plan to go back in the studio in January to start work on a new album and that includes Robbie, from what i could make out any take that stuff from here on in will be with Robbie.

 

He performed stars and it was great but sadly it has had no impact as it isnt top 100 on itunes here.

It is very disappointing that the performance couldn't see him make The Irish top 100 itunes, i have heard that it only takes around 100 sales to achieve that so this is not looking good at all for him in Ireland.

Has it been released in Ireland yet though? I know it's not released in the UK until the 10th.

I am not sure what its release date is for Ireland, i did not think of that, does the on air/purchase thing apply in Ireland like it does in the UK?

I thought the single was out a week before?

I thought it was too, Mark seemed to be saying a mixture of the two dates in different interviews.

 

I would have thought it would make more sense releasing it this week. As surely a lot of his fans who would have bought the single won't bother if they are buying the album on the same date.

This week i also think would have been better to go with. I looked up that Mark interview he did in Ireland, and he did say the plan is for Take That to hook up in January and start the new album but he also said for now that is the plan, to me their was some doubt, i really hope they leave it no longer or it will never happen.

I want to hear an interview from Gary, he seems to be the only one knowing what's happening.

Or maybe Mark is the only one speaking out to let us know whats happening, they may have decided on that.
