Posted May 16, 201312 yr Hi everyone, I've been looking to put together a new website based on the UK indie scene pre-Britpop for some time now and I've finally got round to registering the domain name independia.co.uk for it. I'm looking to put together a huge encyclopedia of pretty much every single UK indie single from The Smiths' Hand in Glove to Oasis' Some Might Say. A lot of content I can pick up automatically from various sources e.g. Youtube video but I will need good content about each single, at least a paragraph of well-written background on each. Anyone fancy getting involved? If even just to write about certain groups? Ok, it'd be a bit much to do every single single, but let's do the main ones... Give me a PM if you're interested. Richie.
