1. Cascada - Glorious (5) (CR-7-5-11-20-19-2-2-5-8-14-13-7-6-3-4-6-5-5-1) Longest Runner - Hey, great to see it finally get to #1 for you, really a great performance and song package all the way, at least in my opinion if not in Europe's. Besides that run is great no matter what.

10. Loreen - We Got The Power (NEW) (CR-10) - I don't know what to think of this, I'm a little underwhelmed right now - maybe it'll grow. Hopefully.

 

*Amaranthe - Amaranthine - :D YAY @ this charting! I'm really enjoying people saying they like this, I feel like I've finally broken through with the metal (even though it makes good use of pop too). Fantastic band actually, I've been really enjoying their other singles and albums as well as this over the last month, which are admittedly nowhere near as BJSC friendly as Amaranthine.

ESDM - Contigo Hasta El Final (With You Until The End) - This has suddenly revealed itself to me as being incredibly pleasant and good to listen to. Might even be one of Spain's best entries that I've heard, so sweet and folky..

*M. Pokora feat Tal - Envole-Moi - Again, I really quite like this and I'm surprised at that, never thought much of TAL before and the French.. guess I must be a sucker for a good duet.

*Nine Muses - Wild - Such a shame this didn't get through, one of the better K-Pop songs turning up of late. I gather you feel the same way. :(

Thanks Eyes! Cascada deserved to get there finally! Did you hear the remix of We Got The Power on the single EP on iTunes, it has slightly beefier production, perhaps you'll prefer that? I'm LOVING your BJSC entry this month, massive support from me once again for your gothic metal entries! ESDM's song sounded WAY better in a live setting, it actually had quite a bit of energy. Ah I've liked quite a few Tal songs in the past, and Wild was brilliant, shocked it didn't make it!

 

AGOG AT THE THOUGHT OF YOU GETTING TO SEE THAT BEHEMOTH SONG PERFORMED TWICE! :drama: :drama: (I agree about her selling out a decent sized, London venue!)

1. Cascada - Glorious (5) (CR-7-5-11-20-19-2-2-5-8-14-13-7-6-3-4-6-5-5-1) Longest Runner I don't understand how this did so badly, maybe it was the blatant Euphoria copy that did it... Still, I thought the performance was VERY strong and I'm pleased they chose to use that edit of the track

3. Emmelie De Forest - Only Teardrops (7) (CR-8-11-15-21-30-41-45-52-44-41-35-25-19-15-11-7-3) Very pleased it won, and it was obvious from the moment she performed it at DMGP for me. I doubt it'll be the start of a big international career for her though

4. Margaret Berger - I Feed You My Love (6) (CR-25-4-2-3-7-14-19-18-18-14-10-10-6-8-7-6-4) Both this and Anouk emerged as the big favourites amongst the casual fans I know, and I can see why! Both could easily slot into the UK charts - Very Goldfrapp and Lana Del Rey

5. Avicii & B & B And Choir - We Write The Story (NEW) (CR-5) I'm disappointed that this was performed by a choir, I'd have liked it to have been performed as a "Various Artists" type affair

10. Loreen - We Got The Power (NEW) (CR-10) I initially found this to be quite a weak single, but now I like it a lot! I doubt it'll reach number one in my chart like MHIRM, Sober and Euphoria did though...

 

Birgit Öigemeel - Et Uus Saaks Alguse

*ByeAlex - Kedvesem Both Birgit and ByeAlex's entries grew on me more after they were performed at Eurovision, Birgit's performance in particular really brought the song to life!

ESDM - Contigo Hasta El Final (With You Until The End) Nice enough track, but the performance was really quite bad. Nerves definitely got the better of her and I'm surprised it received any points at all!

*Eyþór Ingi Gunnlaugsson - Ég Á Líf Another one that grew on me quite a bit after the semi finals, I think my disappointment for Augnablik initially put me off it!

Ryan Dolan - Only Love Survives Last place?! I don't get that at all!

*Sarah Dawn Finer - The Winner Takes It All A nice rendition, but no one will better Agnetha!

Valentina Monetta - Crisalide (Vola) Not surprised this failed to qualify, but I was surprised that it managed to place 11th!
