new poster FHTE

 

I have read the 1st and 2nd blog, just love the way Darius writes :) -just read the 3rd blog

Definitely the latest poster on fB and twitter posted by FHTE is now of Darius and Rebecca :) perhaps we should update the banner to this one :) this one is much more attractive imo

It won't surprise anyone that I prefer the poster of Darius and Rebecca.

 

I wonder if the other one was from the workshop or just posed by models.

 

 

Re the blogs, I think Darius writes what he feels and there's a potency in the honesty of that.

 

Every time Darius mentions 9/11, I see him as he was that day, as shown in the Pop Idol video. He had seen some of the shocking TV footage that morning and just couldn't celebrate his own fortune when he got through 'boot camp'. He cut a very sad figure amidst all the jubilation.

 

Wars have devastated his own family.

I was at work and everything stopped. All pcs were tuned to the news and no one thought of work. All our minds were turned to the horror of what was happening and concern for those trapped in such horrendous circumstances and to the families who could only watch and do nothing to save their loved ones. I hope never to see anything like that ever again. Even now, it feels a sadness I don't think will go.

I didn't watch Pop idol at that stage so didn't see Darius then. I think most people would have felt as he did

Like you Meg I remember being in school and the parents telling us what was happening. You just couldn't believe what you were seeing. Sue
yup, I recall I had the news on as it happened and it all unfolded on breaking news, it was like watching a film, I couldn't get it into my head it was real.
I can't see anything. I can never get any twitter links or instagram things. I'm not on twitter, facebook or any of those sites.

I see that the cast page now lists Martin Marquez as Captain Dana Holmes.

 

Where have we all seen him before? He was the regular barman in Hotel Babylon.

 

Funnily enough I watched D's episode again yesterday. Fazio STILL makes my flesh crawl in his penultimate scene.

 

 

Warden's no angel either.

 

In fact all of the principal characters in FHTE are flawed.
