To be honest - I'd like to have given Promises and Once You've Tasted Love minus ones too (they're just dreadful). I should really change them to '0's but I'll leave them at 1's. On the flip-side - I'd liked to have given Never Forget and Patience 11s (which would have elevated BFG to a 10 alongside RTW and possibly SIA) BUT - I plumped for Up All Night which is not only one of the best Take That songs - its one of my favourites by any artist (it does remind me of S&F's Celia though - but thats no bad thing). August 12, 201311 yr Author I am surprised Back for Good has not received a top score yet but i totally agree with your point gooddelta, it really is a testament of how many great singles they have released, when you see all the songs listed it is a great reminder of many great songs they have available. August 12, 201311 yr I love Back for Good! And seeing as it went number 1 in over 31 countries and is Take That's only million selling record (hurry up rule the world!!) I think it'll forever be one of, if not THE signature Take That song. But like you guys said, it's a testament to their fantastic backcatalogue that we are here discussing it
August 12, 201311 yr Its definitely among their signature tunes where many would argue it is their signature tune but it never did much for me. I do like it a little bit more than i used to but as you can see from my own rate i rated many many other songs above it. I think outside their fanbase especially it is seen as their signature song. At the time it was released i remember many people who didnt like them liking that song so that speaks for itself really.
