an official release date has been released for 'hurt' in the US when it goes to radio and its on 12th Sept, just after the VMA'S!! :wub: i wanted 'Candyman' but 'Hurt' will be MASSIVE!! :yahoo:

'Candyman' seems to be a christina favourite, the record company are probably pushing for 'Hurt' thinking it will be another 'Beautiful'!! :D she will get 'Candyman' out at some point if she LOVES it enough...

Actually if Candyman is allready getting airplay/downloads I think it'd be wise to release that there with Hurt closely following it :P

i think another reason for 'hurt' is to allow it to be nominated in the grammys... its such a song they would eat up, especially in the 'best pop vocal performance' category!! :yahoo:

TBH its still summery out side and it would be perfect for her to release Candyman now and save Hurt for around November or December... Still happy though :D

I want Hurt, Candyman, The Right Man and Mercy on Me or Understand, but The Right Man isn't commercial enough :(! 5 singles I say, no less, her first album and Stripped had 5 singles so why not ^_^
