Itunes lists Eminem's Bezerk and Katy Perry's Roar as both coming out on Sept 8th, that's going to be one mighty battle for number one the week after

I think one or the other will move back or forward.

If not, I'd like to thing Katy will beat him but who knows, Eminem hasn't been gone for THAT long but people make it look like he's gone since 2003 so it could be a huge comeback for him.

I hope Katy can do it, I think Roar has done enough on pre orders to start that week at number one so hopefully she will do it!

 

And given that Eminems last comeback track got to 4/5 I think he may get to number 2/3 and then climb maybe the following week but I wouldn't be surprised if one or both artists changed their release date, Katy should release next week I think

Eminem's song really isn't one that's going to climb imo. It's not got broad enough appeal, so I'm pretty sure its first week will be its peak. I hope for #1 obviously, but Katy will likely beat him.

Ooh it really is 2010 all over again. Defo Katy will win, hands down. I haven't heard Bezerk though but pre judging I think it'll come in at #3.

Neither of those will impact on Katy/Eminem IMO, Coldplay could go top 10/20 and Example will only peak low top 20/30 at best

If both Katy and Eminem do end up releasing on the same day, Katy will win hands down!

Well it's a one off track Coldplay have done for the Catching Fire soundtrack

Katy will beat Eminem. I think her pre-orders will give her too big a lead for him to overcome. Plus I'm sure her airplay/TV aiplay will be higher too.

That effect will be way over by 8th September.

I don't think Coldplay will challenge for number 1 at all, OA/OS movie soundtracks never really do that well despite an initial big surge (at least I think this is OA/OS?), even for an act as big as them.

 

Katy will get it, the amount the radio have been playing it you'd assume its been number 1 for weeks already.

As long as Coldplay actually release on a Sunday they should get top 10 I think. Probably not going to stick aroiund for too long though unless radio latch onto it properly.

 

Katy will obviously be #1 and Eminem should get #2 (which would be his third #2 since his last #1, oops).

I've hardly heard her or the Gagz on radio yet :/
