Hey guys. I'm doing my A-Level fashion/textiles and have chosen to design an on-stage costume for The Saturdays. As part of this I need some feedback/ questions answered by the fans. So here they are:

 

1. What do you associate with The Saturdays?

2. Which is your favourite on-stage outfit they have worn in the past? (Attach a photo of it if easier)

3. What colours do you think best suit The Saturdays?

4. Which items of clothing do you think best suit The Saturdays? A - Dresses, B- Playsuits, C - Shorts and T-Shirt

5. If you chose A for question 5, which shape dress do you think they all suit the best?

6. Would a garment incorporating UV reactive/glow in the dark/ fibre optics look good or bad on-stage?

7. How would you describe The Saturdays style?

 

I will be so grateful if any of you answer these questions for me. As many responses as possible would be extremely helpful.

1. Dancing / Partys

2. I liked the colourful outfits with the hoods they had for the AFU tour promo

3. The multi-colours! But maybe i'd like to see them try Gold, Silver etc. shiny colours!

4. Playsuits

5. N/A

6. Hmmm it would look OK as part of a body suit like what Mel B wore for If U Can't Dance in the Spiceworld tour

7. Very casual and American recently in terms of tees and shorts, never a 'hoody' or 'joggers' though! although they can easily switch to very Glam/red carpet also. There doesn't seem to be an inbetween with the sats

1. Fun, uplifting pop.

2. I really liked their secretary outfits they wore in the 'Notorious' video. It was a very different look but they pulled it off.

3. I'd say they suit pastel-y colours best - so like the outfits they're wearing in the current 2013 calendar.

4. Playsuits.

5. N/A.

6. If it was done very tastefully I don't see a problem with the use of that.

7. Cute, stylish and playful.
